DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS

Send your application to ennio.bilancini@imtlucca.it containing:

• email subject: Application - Summer School Play the Game Design

• attachment:  your CV (max 3 pages)

• attachment: a motivation letter (max 1 page)

Tell us who you are, what are your current projects, what you hope to achieve throughout the summer school and how you could contribute to it. 

As long as candidacies are supported by strong motivations, you will be considered.

Do not feel intimidated! If you think your CV is not deep enough or too eccentric: that may be indeed your strongest resource!

Selection Process

In order to keep a good participant-to-tutor ratio, form groups of optimal size and take into account logistics, we plan to have around 20 participants. Further acceptances exceeding this number will be considered if deserving.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

• The deadline for applications is July 10, 12:00 CEST

• Applications will be reviewed as soon as they are received

• In case of acceptance the external applicant will have to pay 100 euro in order to secure participation

• We have only 20 places available for the DAY&NIGHT RESIDENTIAL option (see below)

Fee, Benefits and Options

DAY&NIGHT RESIDENTIAL (maximum 20 participants):  

• Lunch and dinner at the IMT School canteen

• 1 Social dinner

• Accommodation in a double (shared) room in the IMT School Campus

• Access to the IMT School facilities

Participation fee covering all above: 

External: € 100 [update: available until October, 2]

IMT School students and staff:  free

DAY RESIDENTIAL (unlimited): 

• Lunch at the IMT School canteen

• Access to the IMT School facilities
