At the end of day 2 the ideas will be shared and group formed to bring one idea to life.
DEVELOPMENT and PROTOTYPING
In day 3 to 8 participants will engage in game design activities applying the LUNA framework to develop a prototype in line with the idea selected by the group. Faculty and experts will suppor and review activities during this process.
On the last day prototypes will be presented by the participants and publicly discussed by participants, faculty and experts.
In order to provide applicants with the tools to achieve their formative goals, the program includes a number of collective and individual activities aimed at developing a structured proposal for the design of a Game for Social Change.
Games for Social Change are structured to promote good practices and the awareness of social consequences of one’s own actions. The design of a Game for Social Change is a challenge demanding an array of theoretical and practical skills, as well as creativity and understanding of social reality.
